Wayfinders Village – WIC Formula Support During the Shutdown

 During the federal government shutdown, Wayfinders Village is helping families with young children by providing one (1) can of infant formula to verified WIC recipients, while supplies last.

We understand this is a stressful time, and we’re committed to making sure every family has access to what they need most.

1. Fill out the request form below.
    
2. Upload proof of your current WIC benefits (for example, a photo of your WIC card, recent WIC app screen, or official letter).
    
3. Wait for confirmation.
   You’ll receive an email or text with pickup details once your request is approved.
    

🕒 Note: Supplies are limited and distributed on a first-come, first-served basis.

📅 Distribution Hours: By Appointment

• One can of formula per household, while supplies last.
   
• Proof of WIC eligibility must be current at the time of submission.
   
• You will be notified when your request is ready for pickup.
   
• Please do not visit the distribution center without confirmation.
